Sports and Recreation Facilities
Department of Sports and Recreation manages several facilities – the Dr. Betty L. Siegel Student Recreation and Activities Center on the ÈâÈ⴫ý campus, the Owls Nest and The Perch at the KSU Sports and Recreation Park and the Recreation and Wellness Center on the Marietta campus.
Each facility provides programs and services for the KSU community. Drop-in sports and activities are available for members such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, pickleball, racquetball, indoor soccer, sand volleyball, outdoor soccer, tennis, etc.
Facility rules, signage, and guidelines are designed for the protection of members, employees, and facilities. The expectation for each user is to be respectful of others while participating in offered programs and utilizing facilities. Users may not engage in verbal or physical abuse of employees or other facility/program users.
The Department of Sports and Recreation reserves the right to ask patrons to leave the facility and/or deny future facility/program access for rule violations. Violations may require the patron(s) to meet with department staff prior to further access to recreation facilities or participation in department programs. Staff may also refer the patron to Student Conduct & Academic Integrity for more investigation or discipline.
