  • Directions from I-75 
    Take Exit 271 (Chastain Road). Turn west on Chastain Road. At the first intersection, turn right on Frey Road. At the third light, turn left on Campus Loop road. Take the third turn on the roundabout, and the Zuckerman Museum of Art will be directly on your right.

    Directions from Cobb Parkway (US-41) 
    Turn east on McCollum Parkway, and continue on as it becomes Chastain Road. At the sixth intersection, turn left on Frey Road. At the third light, turn left on Campus Loop road. Take the third turn on the roundabout, and the Zuckerman Museum of Art will be directly on your right.

  • Please park in ÈâÈ⴫ýor Lot J, located off of Parliament Garden Way; parking is $3/hour ($12 maximum) and the first 30 minute are free.

Tours and Field Trips

With our permanent collection spanning several decades and regularly rotating exhibitions of modern and contemporary art, we hope you choose the Zuckerman Museum of Art for your next field trip or tour.  

Field Trips

The ZMA strives to be a premiere, low-cost field trip destination for students of all ages. Docent-led tours are paired with creative, interactive programming that enhances what you do in the classroom. Combine your visit to the ZMA with a tour of ÈâÈ⴫ý State’s gorgeous campus and other facilities in the , a visit to our  in the Wilson Building, a meal in our award-winning campus eatery, , or just plan to spend your time with us. Online field trip request forms for KSU faculty and P-12 educators are located on our  page.

Tours

Self-guided tours at the ZMA are a great way to spend time with your family and friends, and they are an excellent way to enjoy time with your organization or friends and family. We recommend that you allow for approximately two hours to see the Zuckerman Museum of Art. Reservations are not required for self-guided visits.

Docent-led tours are also available at the ZMA. Our highly-trained staff will provide a group of six or more people with a dynamic learning experience. While we recommend about one hour for a basic tour, we will happily work with you to meet your specific needs. We can also pre-arrange an interactive element at your request (please be prepared to allow for a longer visit).

While docent-led tours are not offered for fewer than six people, our trained staff is available to answer questions and provide additional information about the artwork on display. Feel free to pose your questions to any ZMA staff person you see!

Don Russell Clayton Gallery

A part of the Zuckerman Museum of Art building, the Don Russell Clayton Gallery is named in honor of the donor of the Athos Menaboni Collection. The rotating gallery space features a wide array of temporary exhibitions.

Malinda Jolley Mortin Gallery

The Malinda Jolley Mortin Gallery is used to showcase highlights from the Permanent Collection. It is located in the Zuckerman Museum of Art extension into the Bailey Performance Center's Anna F. Henriquez Atrium.

KSU Ruth V. Zuckerman Pavilion

Ruth V. Zuckerman Pavilion

A soaring glass atrium, the Ruth V. Zuckerman Pavilion highlights forty years of its namesake's work from 1953 to 1993. Objects in the collection include significant sculptures in stone and bronze, photography, paintings, plaster maquettes, and the artist's personal archives.

Anna F. Henriquez Atrium

This unique shared space also serves as the entryway to the majestic Audrey Morgan Hall, the primary concert hall of the Bailey Performance Center. Enjoy the artwork in the Atrium during a visit to the Zuckerman, before a concert at the Bailey, or while at the joint complex for both cultural experiences.

Fine Arts Satellite Gallery

Located in the Joe Mack Wilson Building across from the Stillwell Theater, the Zuckerman Museum of Art's Fine Arts Satellite Gallery is ideal for solo exhibitions, or group art exhibits that are moderate or intimate in scale. It regularly features exhibitions and projects from the School of Art and Design's students, faculty and staff. The Fine Arts Satellite Gallery is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The space is closed to the public during installation periods and for ÈâÈ⴫ý breaks and holidays unless otherwise noted. Please see the KSU calendar for details.

Leo Delle Lassiter Jolley Collection Research Center

The Zuckerman Museum of Art also contains the Leo Delle Lassiter Jolley Collection Research Center - a state-of-the-art home for the KSU Permanent Collection and Campus Collection. The Center is available for use by ÈâÈ⴫ý State students and faculty, and community scholars with pre-approval from museum staff. ÈâÈ⴫ýs to the Center are by appointment only.
