STEP 2: Submit College Transcripts 

Official transcripts from EACH College and/or University you have attended. Must be in a sealed envelope from the institution or sent electronically from the institution directly to: ksugrad@kennesaw.edu

STEP 3: Submit a GMAT or GRE Test Score 

Submit a GMAT or GRE test score. This step is optional.

Step 4: Submit your Resume or Curriculum Vitae 

You can do this in the application.

STEP 5: Submit an Application Letter 

This letter (maximum of 300 words) outlines the candidate's professional and educational goals and provides a rationale for why/how this program will meet the candidate's career aspirations. This letter can be uploaded into the online application or submitted to: ksugrad@kennesaw.edu

STEP 6: Submit Two Letters of Recommendation

These letters should be from individuals who can accurately assess your potential for success in this academic program and/or in the healthcare and informatics professions.

NOTE: International Applicants

ÈâÈ⴫ý (KSU) prides itself in being a globally engaged university and welcomes applications from diverse students around the world. For admission to the program, international students have additional requirements which are outlined in the "Graduate Admission" section of the catalog and on the Graduate Admission's website. All international students are required to submit official TOEFL or IELTS scores and have them sent directly to KSU.

MSHMI Tuition & Aid at KSU

Coles College of Business strives to provide an education with an impressive return on investment. Tuition and fees vary by program and residence status and are competitive compared to other graduate programs in Georgia.

The MSHMI program tuition is:

  • $28,921.00 for residents of Georgia
  • $50,501.00 for out-of-state residents
  • $51,463.00 for out-of-country residents

The cohort program requires 36 credit hours of courses in a cohort program that spans six semesters (2 courses each semester) in 2 years. The student will also be responsible for the KSU mandatory fees and the online course fees -- these will average out to approximately $1,350 per semester. Please note that the fees are determined by the Board of Regents are subject to change every academic year.

The program tuition will include the required textbooks, two calendar years student membership in the AMIA (American Medical Informatics Association, and the registration fee to attend one AMIA conference where students can interact with other professionals in the field, attend workshops, present research reports, and network.

Financial Aid and Graduate Research Assistantships (GRA) are available. GRAs provide a partial tuition waiver and stipend up to $5,000 per semester.
