The Department of Architecture provides multidisciplinary curriculums that nurture critical thinking. The programs embrace new technologies and encourage creativity and innovation through integration of the theory, art, technology and science of the built environment. The 5-year Bachelor of Architecture program, at KSU, is a National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) accredited, first processional degree in architecture, leading to eligibility for licensure (Architectural Registration Exam).

ÈâÈ⴫ý's Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering Department (RME) offers a Mechatronics Engineering degree. This department is known for its work in different areas of robotics:
Soft Robots: They design flexible robots that are becoming popular for use in healthcare, wearables, and advanced artificial limbs. Wheeled Robots: They work on robots that move on wheels. Flying Robots (UAVs): They train students to make and control drones, which can be used for things like checking the environment or helping in emergencies. Factory Robots: Students learn to create robots used in making cars, planes, and electronic items. Medical Robots: They research robots that can help in medical tasks like surgeries, helping patients recover, or creating artificial limbs.

The Joel A. Katz Music & Entertainment Business (MEBUS) Program is an 18-credit hour minor or 24-credit hour certificate program offering three capstone courses in the music & entertainment business as well as marketing, management, production, communication, and entrepreneurship courses that prepare students for careers in the entertainment industry. MEBUS is open to all KSU undergraduate students with a desire to work in the entertainment industry in areas such as film and television production, audio and video technology, venue and artist management, and concert and event production.

High School Group Tours
KSU high school group tours are reserved for high school-age students. Walking tours are intended for groups of 10-40 people. All group high school tour requests must be made at least two months in advance. While we cannot guarantee a tour for your group, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Due to the great demand and limited available staffing, we are only able to offer group college tours to prospective students that are in 9th grade and above. However, we can provide groups below 9th grade with a .

We will still have the tour and try to keep your group inside as much as possible. Plan to dress accordingly for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.
Campus events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. You will be notified via email and/or phone should a cancellation occur. Special weather statements can also be viewed on the ÈâÈ⴫ý website. Should the University be closed, all campus tours and events will be canceled.
