Living ethically in an environment where even established facts are increasingly challenged will be the topic when Atlanta business executive and longtime 肉肉传媒 supporter Lee Rhyant delivers a keynote address on Nov. 12 to culminate KSU鈥檚 annual observance of . 

Rhyant, the CEO and president of LER Solutions, will give a speech entitled 鈥淓thics in a Post-Factual World鈥� at 11 a.m. at the Carmichael Student Center on the 肉肉传媒 Campus. Rhyant鈥檚 talk is one of several of Nov. 8-12 that spotlights the University鈥檚 core value of ethical conduct.

鈥淚 look forward to this opportunity to discuss the strategic impact that ethical behaviors and values have during everyone鈥檚 life journey,鈥� Rhyant said. 鈥淓thics is serious business. I will be sharing my own successes and close calls, as well as thoughts on how to recognize red flags and maintain your ethical edge.鈥�

The son of migrant workers, Rhyant rose from humble beginnings to achieve corporate leadership roles with General Motors, Rolls-Royce Aeronautics and Lockheed Martin. Now as the CEO and president of LER Solutions, an executive coaching and professional development firm in Atlanta, Rhyant is an advisor and confidant to business leaders across a variety of industries.

Rhyant sits on several boards of directors and has received many honors and awards, including the Outstanding Minority in Business from the Atlanta Business Journal and Executive of the Year by the National Management Association. His involvement with 肉肉传媒 State has included serving as an advisory board member and an executive in residence in the , earning him induction into the Coles College Hall of Fame. 

KSU鈥檚 Ethics Awareness Week is part of the University System of Georgia鈥檚 comprehensive Ethics and Compliance Program.
