Weeklong celebration to begin with guest speaker on Jan. 16
肉肉传媒 will host a week of activities honoring Martin Luther King Jr. Day beginning with a luncheon and keynote address by guest speaker Roderick McLean.
Roderick McLean is Lockheed Martin鈥檚 vice president and general manager for air mobility and maritime missions. He oversees Lockheed-Martin鈥檚 aircraft production facility in Marietta, which is one of metro Atlanta鈥檚 largest employers.
The MLK Legacy Luncheon will kick off a week of events at the University to honor the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday and celebrate his legacy and impact of the Civil Rights Movement.
During KSU鈥檚 weeklong celebration, the campus community will participate in several activities, including a day of community service at various volunteer sites on Jan. 20, and a reflection on Dr. King鈥檚 legacy 鈥 鈥淪ix Voices: Celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in 60 Minutes鈥 鈥 on Jan. 21.
