Flexible Format: The KSU EMBA program offers you a weekend only, once-a-month meeting format that
allows you to continue advancing in your career during the week. Starting Fall 2024,
our new HyFlex format will give you the option to attend class weekends virtually
or in-person. This exceptional work-life balance makes working towards your executive
education easily achievable!
Proven Return on Investment (ROI): We know you want to advance your career while making a smart investment and our EMBA program has the proven ROI you’re looking for. More than 94% of our students report that their EMBA degree increased their value to their organization and 88% reported an increase in their ability to be promoted.
Collaboration for Success: Our Executive MBA program is team based, to promote collaboration, decision-making,
resourcefulness, ingenuity, and entrepreneurship. Teams consisting of five to six
students, representing a diversity of experience and personality, collaborate on assignments
throughout the program. This teaming simulates the experience of working in a strategic
alliance.
Global Leadership: The KSU EMBA program features an international consulting project so you can gain invaluable global business skills. After conducting in-depth research, including market assessment, competitive analysis and other critical functions, our students and faculty embark on a 12-day trip to a country in South America. You will experience the cultural and structural challenges of growing an international business firsthand. This project takes you beyond the classroom and transforms you into a global leader.
