KSU and SPSU alumni, you have lifetime access to all events and workshops hosted by the Department of Career Planning and Development including access to the Handshake platform. You can search for jobs, work on your resume, practice interviewing, or connect with a mentor to help guide you along your way. Access to one-on-one career advising appointments will end two years after the alumni's graduation date. All late and no-show policies apply to alumni as well.

Virtual Career Counseling

The "Find Your Career Sweet Spot" workshop will help you uncover your natural abilities and the critical elements you need to find the ideal career and job. This program is a partnership with Talent Revolution at a discounted rate for ÈâÈ⴫ý State Alumni.

Professional Education

KSU alumni (graduates) receive a 10% discount on all classes with a maximum discount of $500 per Professional Education class. There is no limit to the number of courses KSU Alumni may take. Classes delivered online are not eligible for this discount.

Online Job Database

Alumni have unlimited access to our online jobs database, over 1000+ employer contacts and access to our career finder and career explorer modules through O*NET. To access your account, please submit this form to register for Handshake.

KSU Career Services hosts career fairs throughout the school year. All alumni are encouraged to attend and connect with over 100+ employers in a variety of career fields.

UGA Small Business Development Center

The UGA – SBDC services are offered through KSU’s Coles College of Business. The center’s mission is to help grow Georgia’s businesses and educate business owners through a no-cost, confidential business consulting services paired with classes and training programs for established business owners and entrepreneurs starting a business.
