While you earn your degree at KSU, there are many resources the Office of the Registrar provides. In this section, you can find information on certain policies, access forms, and requests, and learn how to stay on track with your coursework for degree completion.

  • There are two options for requesting a certification, please review all options before making your selection:

    NOTE: We do not update current enrollment until 30 days after the start of each semester. If you need a verification that includes current enrollment before this time, please follow the instructions under option number 2.

    1. You can access the National Student Clearinghouse Student Self-Service Enrollment Verification by Logging into (requires your KSU email & password), then complete DUO prompts.

      Under Student Records tab, click on REQUEST ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION (for Health Insurance, loans, Military, Jury Duty, etc.) which takes you to Clearinghouse Self Service then select All Enrollment or Current Enrollment. View/Download /Print your Enrollment Verification.

    2. Complete the KSU Enrollment Verification Request form if your request must include GPA, Academic Standing, Honors, Cumulative hours earned, etc.
  • The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.

    FERPA gives parents certain rights with respect to their children's education records. These rights transfer to the student when he or she reaches the age of 18 or attends a school beyond the high school level. Students to whom the rights have transferred are "eligible students."

  • All students must provide proof of immunization of specific vaccines verified by their health care provider. Students should submit their Certificate of Immunization forms upon admittance.

  • Lawful Presence Verification (LPV) verifies that the student is legally in the country. It is required of every student who is classified as a Resident (in-state) student and/or receiving an out-of-state tuition waiver in accordance with BOR Policy 4.3.4.
