Career and Academic Opportunities

Students who complete the BS in Mathematics with the MPA will be poised to excel in administrative positions in government, the non-profit sector, educational services, and health care. With a strong foundation in quantitative reasoning and mathematical modeling and the professional preparation of the MPA program, students will be prepared for a variety of careers, especially those that involve data analysis and creative problem solving. These may include Public Policy Analyst, Urban (or Rural) Development Analyst, Fundraising Administration, or leadership positions in Governmental and Non-governmental Organizations and Non-Profits.
