Career and Academic Opportunities

The BBA-ISA to MS-IS Double Owl Pathway will allow BBA-ISA students to get an early start on the MS-IS degree while still being undergraduate students. This pathway will create additional opportunities for graduates to pursue entry-level and advanced jobs in both Information Security and Assurance and Information Systems.

Admission Requirements


Double Owl Admission Requirements 
  • GPA: 3.25 or above in KSU undergraduate coursework
  • Minimum 75 hours completed toward Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 30 hours completed at KSU
Double Counted Courses Include
  • IS 7320 to count for ISA 3200
  • IS 7310 to count for ISA 3300* or ISA 3400*
  • IS 7330 to count for ISA 4330

*Students in catalog 2021 and prior would use IS 7310 in place of ISA 3300. Students in catalog 2022 and forward would use IS 7310 in place of ISA 3400.

Students will need to be accepted into the Coles College undergraduate program in Information Security Assurance before they can apply to this Double Owl Pathway.
