Minor in Nutritional Science

The fully online minor in Nutritional Science introduces you to the exciting and versatile study of human nutrition. In particular, you will gain a foundation of knowledge in nutrient chemistry, food systems, public health policies, nutrition education and the relationships between nutrition, health, disease and the human life cycle.
